Simon is a trainer with an international reputation.  He has many years' experience in teacher training and in delivering courses and conferences including the following:

  • Leadership and team building with the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

  • Training skills for the trainer

  • Pupil behaviour management

  • Effective learning strategies at A level modern languages 

  • Transforming language learning at KS3

  • Creative activities for language learning in KS4.

 

Registered Practitioner for the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

Awarded the Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques by the French Government in 1999 in recognition of his contribution to French language teaching over many years.

Qualified to Level A and B in psychometric testing with a particular interest in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

A graduate of the University of Bristol, Helen has over 25 years' experience in Human Resource Management. 

 

She now specialises in helping individuals at career transition points to assess their skills and interests and gain confidence to move to the next job or promotion.
